As a direct lender, we work with borrowers who have been turned down by traditional financial institutions, and offer instead, customizable, creative lending solutions that provide on-demand liquidity.

HOW YOU GET COMPENSATED

You, as a Stock Loan Originator (SLO), get paid a variable origination fee (2-7%) as well as a fixed, back-end-commission fee (BEC) (3%) of the entire loan principal sum. To put this into perspective, let’s take an average-sized loan of 10M USD to calculate your commission. With a modest origination fee of 2% and a fixed, BEC of 3%, your commission is 5% of 10M USD – $500,000 USD.

You are funded at the same time as the borrower, via a bank wire, in any major currency of your choice.
